A day in the life of an environmental consultant – The video.

Instead of an update, this month you can join me for a day out on the marshes searching for lapwing chick as part of the North Kent Breeding Wader project

  1. Lovely video, there are good news stories out there, do you get any of it into the media ie. local newspapers, Farmers Weekly etc.? You and the farmers deserve appreciation for all the hard work and to show how it works.
Re redshank chicks, there are record numbers at Rainham Marshes RSPB reserve right now, great habitats and an electric fence to keep the foxes out.

    • I would like to do more to publicise the project and did start talking to BBC Wildlife mag last year about an article but I could do more. Good news about Rainham Marshes redshank chicks. My redshank count is down this year as things are much drier but I still have 3 more sites to get to.
